Delivery Information

Standard Shipping
We charge a maximum standard flat rate of AUD $5.00 for delivery anywhere in Australia. Our products are delivered Australia wide from our Sydney warehouse using Australia Post eParcel. When we receive your payment, we will process and despatch your order within 2 business days and shipping times are estimated at between 3-7 business days depending on your location within Australia. In the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.

Express Shipping
We also offer an express shipping option for a $10 flat rate on orders that do not contain lighter fuel. Express Deliveries will usually arrive within 2-3 business days of your order being confirmed. Please note: Some areas of Western Australia, Northern Territory and Tasmania may take 2-3 days longer depending on your exact location. Please refer to Australia Post's Express Network for more detailed information on estimated delivery times.

Warehouse Pick Up
Sorry, but unfortunately our Sydney warehouse is not open to the public and therefore we do not permit local pick up of orders.

International Orders
Johnny Blade ships goods Australia wide, however at this time we do NOT accept international orders through our website.

Signature Required
As a signature is required upon receipt of your delivery, we recommend that a work and/or daytime address be provided. If no one is in attendance to sign for your parcel a card will be left in your mail box to advise collection from your local post office. Please ensure you take identification with you if collecting from the post office. If you request to have your delivery left at an unattended property, you do so at your own risk and Johnny Blade does not accept any responsibility for any subsequent loss of your goods.

Delivery of Fragrances
As fragrances are classified as a dangerous and flammable substance, in order to comply with legal requirements, we send all purchases via Australia Post eParcel service in accordance with our dangerous goods contract.

Tracking of your Delivery
eParcel is an online traceable service from Australia Post. When we process and send your order, you will receive automated email notification via Australia Post eParcel notifications with updates and tracking details.
